Ready your Borno site

You can change site setting like site description , email form admin panel .


Now login you Borno admin panel by yoursite/admin/


 


Changing site setting


After login Go to Site setting From Admin Menu.


Change your site description , site email and more .



  • Site Description: your site short description

  • Email : Any alert of your site go to this email

  • Post Apporval : if you enable this , every user post is displayed when you enable that

  • Contact Form : Not need to use external plugin . The cms already have a contact form

  • Post revision: Enable post revision

  • Timzone: select your country timezone

  • Defult role: Select you site default use role

  • User can register: enable user register function

  • permailnk : Two style permalink

  • Post on page : The number of post of per page.


Manage/ Add user


You can manage or add user also if you are a admin . You can select user role and also can edit user.


 


Adding a new content


You can adding a new content form content menu . Click add new , write the title and content , Submit it .

Getting started

Hello World , Borno is a content management system written by php/mysql . This is the user guide  how to install Borno cms .  At first Download the Borno CMS from Github  .

Require

  • apchce base php/mysql server

  • apache_rewrite mod


Install the CMS
1. To install the cms you must upload the file in you hosting or localhost
2. Unzip the zip file and upload it on you root directory .
3. Create a database
4. Visit the root directory where you upload the cms file
5. You can see a from
5.1 Fill your database information
5.2 Fill the prefix , give your custom prefix like 9s5w_
5.3 Give the new admin user info
5.4 And click submit
6.Now your site is successfully installed , if all information is correct .
